Hi All,
I believe that most of you are aware that Prince William (son of Diana, Princess of Wales, and Prince Charles) is getting married to Kate Middleton June 21 of this year. The hype is still in overdrive but the news cycles have been dominated by the tragedies in Japan, Egypt, Libya, and China. There is so much more going on in the world these days that the coverage of prince William’s parents was that of what many considered a “fairy tale” (more…)
Hi All,
After teaching my Astrology workshop in San Luis Obispo this morning I went to redeem a yoga gift certificate I won at a raffle earlier this year. I had contacted the yoga business about a week ago to set up my appointment, and I showed up early as instructed. I left my workshop early, hurried across town (more…)

Hi All,
Life is currently strange and curious enough as it is, however (more…)
Hi All,
Well, noted Astrologer Richard Nolle predicts massive destruction on our planet come March 19, 2011, or in just about a week’s time. The Moon will be in a full Moon stage, and only 221,567 miles away from Earth. You can visit Mr. Nolle’s website at www.astropro.com. Nolle predicts huge storms, earthquakes, volcanoes and other natural disasters calling the Moon’s approach an “extreme super Moon.
As if that was not enough Uranus enters the sign of Aries this weekend (March 12-13), and will be at the Aries Point or AP, at 0 degrees Aries. Uranus is the planet of unpredictability, suddenness and a whole host of other adjectives that will not put your mind at ease. Still, the Moon was pretty close 18 years ago, and we still are here, but that darn Uranus just seems to be up to no good. Make sure you are caught up on all those “to do lists.”

Hi All,
In some of my earlier posts I have mentioned the qualities and attributes of Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto. Today I would like to cover some of the qualities and dimensions of the planet Uranus (freedom and individuality). Uranus is the planetary ruler of Aquarius and the 11th house (collectivity of a group or power of society), signifying the importance of how quickly and dramatically circumstances can and do change when working in these areas.
Side Bar: Astrological planets rule specific and sometimes multiple houses in a chart, however these planets are often in other houses due to obvious factors such as the length of orbit and date of birth. This does not disqualify (more…)
Hi All,
NASA’s Kepler mission has discovered six planets orbiting a Sun-like star, including five small planets in tightly packed orbits. Scientists at the University of California, Santa Cruz analyzed the planetary and orbital dynamics, measured their sizes and mass and then determining the sizes, and masses of the planets, as well as computing their likely compositions. This was all done by basing Kepler’s measurements of the changing brightness of the host star (it is called Kepler - 11).
Hubble Postdoctoral fellow at Santa Cruz Daniel Fabrycky was quoted saying (more…)
that Conan’s red hair matches his “fire” sign Sun in Aries (Mars ruled)? His socially aware Moon in Aquarius (Uranus ruled) need to break free the thinking of the average person? As well as his projection of verbal sparring and gymnastics with his Virgo (Mercury ruled) Ascendant?
Hi All,
In an earlier blog post I wrote about the coming adventure(s) of the planet Uranus, moving into the sign of Aries (Alert! Uranus Is Entering Aries At A Theater Near You!; May 14, 2010). Well, things are certainly heating up not just in other countries, but ours as well. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has threatened to send the National Guard in response to the activism of state employees who are now in their eighth day of protests. The problem certainly is not as clear cut regardless of which side you are on, if any, but people in general are feeling the effects of restriction.
The sign Aries represents (more…)
Hi All,
As an Astrologer it is often brought to my attention the level of worry that many people carry with them. Whether it be a client, a friend, or family member it is not difficult to gauge their level of worry. The state of Saturn in your Astrological chart often represents how much one worries, or becomes depressed. Sometimes it will be for a very short period of time, and sometimes it can be many years. This all depends on what Astrological tool is being used to make this determination, but it is not difficult to see. (more…)
Hi All,
Well, I feel that we are a good distance down the Cardinal T-Square road to make several distinctions on some of its causes and effects. Perhaps there are some of you that have not read about the rash of suicides by children and young adults in American schools due to bullying, and bigotry. Personally, I have seen the bullying and bigotry that young children and adults either express or endure, and it is a very ugly experience. I saw this firsthand as a student in the 60′s and 70′s, and as a parent and recreational sports coach for many years as an adult.
When my now adult children were in middle and high school (more…)
Hello People,
I hope that your New Year is off to a roaring great start, if not I expect that it will soon begin for those of you that feel stuck or somehow alienated in your life experience. For those of you unfamiliar with Astrology transiting Jupiter is leaving Pisces (nebulous, and dreamy) and moving across into Aries (action, accomplishment). Right now Jupiter is at what Astrologers call the Aries Point or AP, 0 degrees any Action oriented Cardinal sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn). The AP is a theoretical point but no less important.
Transiting Jupiter is in every one’s Astrological chart whether you know this or not. Everyone has an AP in their chart, (more…)
Hi All,
As a young boy I was always intrigued by those lonely souls on the outside of town holding a sign or an outstretched thumb, carrying their life’s possessions in a duffel bag or ruck suck. I was fascinated by the concept of simply going where one wants at any given time or place. Of course it was not until much later did I understand that there was so much more to my fantasy of traveling with the circus, hitchhiking or jumping on to trains. Indeed, there is a call to this particular life, and often it is not without a tragic story or emotional trauma. There is also an Astrological signature to this lifestyle as well.
For those familiar with Astrology having a Uranus/Aquarius ruled Sun suggests the freedom intoxicated traveler. Some of you might say that this sounds more like a Sagittarian (more…)
Hi All,
You must be wondering what I mean by suggesting that Jupiter may be, or may have been a star. Well, please do not become confused by this because there is more to the picture than you may know. Technically Jupiter falls under the classification of a star due to the fact that it radiates about twice as much heat, light, and radiation than it absorbs from the Sun. Though I must tell you, Jupiter’s heat emanations come from an internal reservoir left over since its birth 4.6 billion years ago. I find this interesting in light of the fact that Jupiter has been waltzing over the Aries Point, or AP (thrust of action) in the sign of Aries (Fire) for the last several months along with the planet Uranus, both in Direct and Retrograde motion.
This conjunction, or combination of Jupiter with Uranus at the AP strongly suggests that there is definitely a shift or challenge to religious, and spiritual beliefs. Laws, whether they be social, international, cosmic, or universal, challenge is at the forefront. As we have been seeing, there is (more…)
Hi All,
In Astrology there are many clues, cues, and revelations to your life’s potential. Your astrological chart holds the blueprint of not only your life but that of your parents, grandparents, and children. As an Astrologer I am trained to examine all aspects of an individuals astrological chart. For me, one of the more interesting facets within a person’s chart is the creative expression potential. This may cover the artistic, athletic, or sexual articulations that are often, but not always anchored from the fifth house. The fifth house is often referred to as the house of creative self expression (sex, sexuality, sex force, sex energy).
The fifth house is ruled by the Sun, and the sign of Leo in the natural progression of the zodiac. Venus is often thought of as the planet of affection, and feminine attributes. Venus also rules vulnerability along (more…)
Hi All,
Life is never short on drama, especially these days, and particularly in politics and sports. I remember way back to the time when I coached youth soccer and basketball. Fortunately for me the process of selecting the children for my teams allowed me the birth dates for each athlete. Although I did not have the times for their births, I did have the fundamental information for some rather significant insight into the nature of the children on my teams. Due to the small community I live in, I was also aware of the parent’s birth dates as well, which allowed me to determine the Level of each family.
When I speak of Level, I am of course talking about the general background of each child as well as their family such as the parent’s education, financial, and religious perspectives. The importance of this “Level” to (more…)
